Front of House Team Member/ Hybrid

Empanada Bar Team Member (Front & Back of House)

Job Summary:

We're looking for a reliable, energetic, and versatile individual to join our empanada bar as a Team Member handling both front and back-of-house responsibilities. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, working with food, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Front of House (Customer-Facing): Greet customers with a friendly attitude and take orders. Explain the empanada menu, ingredients, and answer questions. Prepare and serve coffee and drinks. Process payments accurately via POS system. Package orders for dine-in or takeaway. Maintain a clean, welcoming customer area. Work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy hours. Back of House (Kitchen/Prep): Help with cookies, and dough production Follow food safety standards for handling and storing ingredients. Assist with food prep and restocking as needed. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and prep area.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required. Willing to train the right candidate. Must be comfortable multitasking and switching between customer service and kitchen duties. Able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, punctual, and team-oriented. Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain). Availability on weekends and/or evenings is a plus.
