ZR Events is looking for reliable, responsible, and hardworking individuals to assist with event setup and general cleanup. The position involves unloading event supplies, moving items to the designated setup area, assisting with basic event preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This is a hands-on position that requires the ability to work efficiently as part of a team and safely lift, carry, and move event-related items. Responsibilities Unload event equipment, supplies, decorations, boxes, and other setup materials from vehicles. Safely carry and transport items from the unloading area to the designated event space. Assist the event team with placing and organizing equipment and supplies as directed. Help prepare the event area by keeping materials organized and accessible. Perform basic cleaning and cleanup of the setup area, including removing boxes, packaging, trash, and other debris. Keep walkways and work areas clear, clean, and safe throughout the setup process. Assist with organizing leftover supplies and materials after setup is completed. Follow instructions from the event coordinator or team leader. Work cooperatively with other staff members to complete setup and cleanup efficiently. Handle event equipment and supplies carefully to prevent damage. Maintain a professional, respectful, and dependable attitude throughout the assignment. Requirements Must be reliable and arrive on time. Must be comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items. Ability to follow directions and work effectively with a team. Responsible and careful when handling event equipment and supplies. Previous event setup or cleaning experience is required . Must maintain a clean, professional, and positive work environment.
