This position involves supervising and interacting with children of various age groups, ensuring their well-being while facilitating fun and enriching activities that promote their development. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for working with children and have experience in early childhood education or related fields. Duties Supervise children in the Kids Club area, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development. Foster a positive environment by engaging with children through play, educational games, and creative projects. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club space to provide a welcoming atmosphere. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's experiences and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive program that supports childhood development goals. Monitor children's behavior and implement classroom management techniques as needed. Skills Strong understanding of childhood development principles, including early childhood education practices. Experience working with children in various settings such as preschool, daycare, or special education environments. Knowledge of toddler care and infant care techniques. Ability to educate and engage children through interactive play and structured activities. Excellent classroom management skills to maintain a positive learning environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both children and parents. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners.
