Responsibilities:

Deliver the ultimate Guest service experience - strong customer service skills needed Communicate concisely details about TSC Products and information to all Guests Be responsible for product and Guest service standards Foster an environment of teamwork Prepare orders in a timely and accurate manner Work well with crew members and managers Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand

Qualifications:

Ability to follow procedures and willingness to comply with dress code requirements Ability to keep the store clean and ability to follow food safety regulations Interaction with the public and co-workers constantly and positively during shifts Previous quick serve and/or drink concept experience preferred, but we'll train the right candidates without much experience Flexible availability
