About the Role Hill Country Event Rentals is looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our Event Crew Team. As an Event Crew Member, you'll help deliver, set up, and tear down event equipment for weddings, festivals, tailgates, and private parties across the Texas Hill Country. You'll work hands-on with items like tents, tables, chairs, bars, dance floors, and more, ensuring every setup meets our quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Load and unload event equipment including tents, tables, chairs, and more Assist in setting up and taking down tents with the crew (training provided) Deliver and stage rental items neatly and efficiently at event sites Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse Inspect and clean rental inventory before and after events Follow company procedures for safety and equipment care Communicate clearly with the team and supervisors during job sites Requirements Must be physically fit and able to lift 50-75 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse Positive attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn tent setup, logistics, and teamwork Previous event or warehouse experience a plus (but not required) Why Join Our Team Starting pay: $18/hour Opportunities for growth and training in the event industry Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment Be part of a local company creating memorable events across Texas Hill Country Interested?
