Job Summary:

As a Crew Member at Chipotle, you play a vital role in creating a great guest experience by preparing fresh food, maintaining a clean restaurant, and providing fast, friendly service. Youll be part of a high-energy team committed to quality, sustainability, and delivering food with integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly and help them with orders. Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service. Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.

Food Preparation:

Prepare ingredients (cutting, dicing, cooking) according to company standards. Assemble and serve meals quickly and accurately. Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times.

Cleanliness & Organization:

Keep the front line, dining area, and restrooms clean and organized. Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Restock food and supplies as needed.

Teamwork:

Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers. Support team goals and contribute to a positive team environment. Adapt to different roles as needed (grill, cashier, prep, etc.).

Qualifications:

No prior restaurant experience required (training provided). Must be at least 16 years old (age may vary by location). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Benefits (may vary by location): Competitive hourly wage.
