The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment, ensuring each guest has a memorable dining experience. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and optimal guest experience Follow all sanitation, food safety, and health regulations to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend availability is preferred Strong communication skills and a professional appearance Join our team if you are passionate about providing outstanding service in a vibrant dining atmosphere.
