We are looking to expand our hours and need you. You'll help prepare our signature pastries, flans, Cuban sandwiches, and more—all while working in a supportive kitchen environment. Bilingual Spanish and English preferred Duties As a Kitchen Team Member, your responsibilities will include: Prep pastries, empanadas, and Cuban sandwiches Bake flans, cakes, and other desserts Fry items like croquetas, empanadas and papa rellenas Assist on the line during busy hours Help with dishes and general kitchen cleanup Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of food items. Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. Assisting with catering events as needed, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards. Skills To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train you Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus Come join the team that makes all the deliciousness happen behind the scenes at Bella Flan!
