Two openings are for Meal Prep Team Members. One opening is for a Meal Plan Lead-in-Training. The lead-in-training will learn our production systems, take on added responsibility, and help support the team. After completing training and demonstrating the ability to perform the lead role, the team member will move into the lead position at a higher pay rate. We are not a traditional restaurant kitchen. Our meal preparation process is organized and structured, with recipes, portion guidelines, labels, and production lists to help us prepare meals consistently. We're willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn and grow. What You'll Do Prepare, portion, weigh, label, and package meals according to recipes standards Follow production instructions and portion guidelines carefully Use food scales, measurements, labels, and production lists Maintain food quality, consistency, and accuracy Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices Keep your workstation clean, organized, and productive Take initiative and help keep daily production on schedule Work closely with the team to complete orders on time Lead-in-Training responsibilities also include: Lead by example through dependability, punctuality, efficiency, and a positive attitude Help teammates stay organized and on track Assist with inventory and stock rotation Support new team members as they learn our systems What We're Looking For A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependability, initiative, and pride in doing quality work Comfort following instructions and completing tasks consistently Ability to stay organized and productive in a hands-on environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 30 pounds Kitchen, meal prep, food production, or food service experience is preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus for the Lead-in-Training opening Pay, Schedule & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Higher pay when the Lead-in-Training team member completes training and qualifies for the lead role Full-time opportunity Flexible scheduling and no late nights Paid training Free shift meals and employee discounts Vacation accrual based on position and length of service Rewards, leadership development, and advancement opportunities Clean Eatz is a supportive, team-oriented workplace where hard work and a positive attitude are recognized.
