Lumberton Position Overview Fresh Start Wellness is seeking dependable and motivated Team Members to join our Lumberton location. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, health-focused environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Team Members will assist in daily operations, including food and beverage preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner Prepare cold-pressed juices, smoothies, baked goods, and other menu items Accurately handle cash and process transactions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and customer areas Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Support daily operations and assist team members as needed Required Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and reliable Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills Team player with the ability to work independently when needed Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to follow established rules, procedures, and guidelines Preferred Qualifications Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service
