Bilingual Lawn Care Team Lead, Performance Pay

Taylor, TX 76574 About the Role Crystal Green Lawn Care is hiring a bilingual (English and Spanish) Team Lead to run one of our two trucks. You will lead one crew member, follow a routed schedule, and keep jobs on time. We are growing fast and we pay our best people well. What You Earn $18 per hour during paid training $22 to $25 per hour once you hit standard pace, through our 33% performance pay system $75 weekly Team Lead bonus when your crew hits targets Realistic weekly take home: $900 to $1,075+ at 40 hours The faster and cleaner your crew works, the more you earn Schedule Monday to Thursday 10 hour days 36 to 40 hours per week Fridays only if needed for makeup days No Sundays, ever What You Will Do Lead and work alongside one crew member Mow, trim, edge, and clean residential properties Drive a company truck Follow daily routes on a company tablet Hit job time targets backed by 3 years of route data Keep equipment clean and accounted for Communicate with the office and crew in English and Spanish Requirements Bilingual English and Spanish, fluent in both (required) Valid Texas driver's license with clean record 18 or older 1+ year of lawn care or landscaping experience preferred Reliable transportation to our Taylor shop Comfortable working full days outdoors in Texas heat Able to lift 50 lbs What We Provide Paid training on our systems 8 PTO days after 90 days 4 paid holidays Quality equipment and a well maintained truck Clear path to higher pay and growth as we scale Our Standards We move fast, we keep jobs on time, and we treat customers well.
