Front of House Team Members are responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking accurate orders, preparing and serving food and treats, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Operate the cash register and handle customer payments

Prepare and serve Dairy Queen food, beverages, and frozen treats

Answer customer questions and assist with menu selections

Ensure orders are prepared correctly and presented properly

Maintain clean and organized dining, counter, and front-of-house areas

Restock supplies and maintain appropriate product levels

Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures

Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management when necessary

Work closely with other team members to provide fast and friendly service

Follow all company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required

Friendly, positive, and professional attitude

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable and punctual

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be willing to learn and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
