Position Title:
Box Office and Front of House Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY
  • This position is ideal for students interested in hospitality, customer service, or arts administration, enhancing skills in communication and public relations.
This position is reserved for Federal Work Study (FWS) students only.
FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
  • Handle ticket sales, reservations, and customer inquiries at the box office.
  • Manage the front of house during performances, ensuring a positive patron experience.
  • Coordinate with volunteers and ushers to maintain order and efficiency.
  • Provide information about shows and answer patron questions.
  • Assist in organizing special events or fundraisers.
  • Assist the Guest Relations Manager with inventory of gift shop items.
