Position Title:
Box Office and Front of House AssistantPOSITION SUMMARY
- This position is ideal for students interested in hospitality, customer service, or arts administration, enhancing skills in communication and public relations.
FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
- Handle ticket sales, reservations, and customer inquiries at the box office.
- Manage the front of house during performances, ensuring a positive patron experience.
- Coordinate with volunteers and ushers to maintain order and efficiency.
- Provide information about shows and answer patron questions.
- Assist in organizing special events or fundraisers.
- Assist the Guest Relations Manager with inventory of gift shop items.
