Clearfork Market is looking for someone who truly loves health, wellness, good food, and helping people. This is not just a cashier job. We are looking for someone who enjoys talking about natural foods, clean ingredients, supplements, herbs, wellness products, cooking, food trends, and healthy living. The right person for this role is probably the one their friends already ask for food, supplement, or wellness recommendations. You may love reading ingredient labels, trying new health products, cooking from scratch, shopping farmers markets, learning about herbs, or keeping up with what's new in the wellness world. You do not need to know everything, but you do need to be curious, eager to learn, and comfortable helping customers find products that fit their needs. A big part of this job is being on the sales floor, talking with customers, learning our products, keeping the store looking great, and helping people feel welcomed and taken care of. What you'll be doing: Helping customers find supplements, herbs, wellness products, groceries, produce, and local items Learning about our supplement lines, natural grocery brands, clean ingredients, and local products Making thoughtful product suggestions while staying within appropriate retail guidance Talking with customers in a friendly, helpful, and confident way Keeping the wellness section, grocery aisles, displays, produce areas, and front of store clean, stocked, and easy to shop Helping with new products, featured items, seasonal displays, and promotions Assisting with the register, stocking, deliveries, cleaning, and general store support when needed We are looking for someone who: Has a real interest in wellness, supplements, herbs, nutrition, natural foods, or clean living Loves food, cooking, ingredients, recipes, or discovering new healthy products Enjoys helping people and building customer relationships Is friendly, dependable, punctual, and willing to jump in wherever needed Can stay organized and keep the sales floor looking nice Is comfortable learning product details and answering customer questions Wants to be part of a small, community-focused natural foods store Experience in supplements, herbs, natural grocery, nutrition, wellness retail, farmers markets, cooking, food service, or customer service is a plus. This role is best for someone who already has a genuine passion for health, food, and wellness — not someone looking for only a basic retail or stocking position.

Schedule:

Full-time, 30-40 hours per week. Weekday and Saturday availability is needed.
