Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and recipes Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the café Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies Maintain a positive and team-oriented work environment Uphold Tropical Smoothie Cafe's standards for food safety and sanitation

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years or older No prior experience is required. Must be eligible to work in the United States Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills
