Alisei, Inc., a sales and business consulting firm partnered with AT&T Business, is hiring an Entry Level Team Member to serve McAllen. The Entry Level Team Member will process enrollments for businesses needing reliable internet for customs documentation, activate wireless plans for field service teams, and ensure professional offices maintain VoIP solutions that project polish to clients. As an Entry Level Team Member, we train you on AT&T Business's scalable architecture. Face-to-face with clients running McAllen's diverse business, the Entry Level Team Member will audit the infrastructure powering our economy. The Entry Level Team Member ensures that their sales execution builds multi-year partnerships. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member Serve as a trusted advisor in McAllen, helping businesses adopt AT&T Business Fiber through direct, consultative selling. Lead sales conversations that qualify SMB needs for high‑speed Internet and wireless solutions. Present AT&T cell phones and wireless devices as key enablers of productivity in every sales pitch. Support VoIP adoption by guiding businesses through AT&T Business Voice transitions. Drive adoption of AT&T Business Voice, showing how VoIP solutions streamline communication and customer service. Educate clients on bundled sales packages to unlock rewards and strengthen account security. Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Team Member High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or office settings is a plus. Comfortable breaking down AT&T wireless and Internet features in easy terms. Stays flexible and updated on AT&T hardware and local network changes.
