Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders efficiently and handle cash transactions with precision Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Assist with food safety practices including proper food handling, storage, and rotation to ensure quality and safety standards are met Support team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains inviting and organized Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality or safety Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a friendly attitude Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math, and accurate cash handling Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
