• Greet every guest and create a great first impression
• Take orders accurately at the counter and answer menu questions
• Handle takeout orders by packaging, having order accuracy and timely pickup
• Process catering orders. This includes taking the details to making sure they go out complete and on time
• Run the register and handle payments and transactions
• Resolve guest questions or concerns with a positive, solutions-first attitude
• Keep the front counter and dining area clean, organized and welcoming
