Position Overview:

Zeppe's Team Members play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving our signature Italian ice and custard, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a positive, friendly attitude Take orders and provide menu recommendations when needed Prepare and serve Italian ice, custard, and other menu items Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately Assist fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations Restock supplies and monitor product levels Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Valid Food Handlers Permit (required or must be obtained upon hire) Strong communication skills Excellent customer service abilities Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Reliable, punctual, and professional Why Join Zeppe's?
