Duties Prepare high-quality cheesesteaks and other menu items following established recipes and food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Genius POS process sales accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling additional items to enhance guest experience Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give correct change with precision Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation, food safety, and cleanliness protocols Assist in food handling, bussing tables, and supporting overall restaurant sanitation efforts Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely food preparation and service Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing sales totals Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us as a Moochies Cheesesteaks Crew Member and bring your energy, passion for food, and customer-focused mindset to our lively team!
