Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to ensure freshness and safety Support team members in food prep, serving, and general restaurant operations to ensure a seamless flow during busy hours Experience Previous experience in food preparation or food service environments is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow in the food industry Familiarity with quick service or fast-food restaurant operations is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations are essential Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is highly valued Prior experience in cashiering, serving, or retail environments will help you excel in this role Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences through excellent service and quality food.
