Overview Terrace Crêpes Food Truck Employee Position About Café Terrace Crêpes Café Terrace Crêpes is the newest addition to the Utah Celebrations family, serving handcrafted sweet and savory crêpes from our Spanish Fork headquarters and mobile event trailer. Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences through delicious food, exceptional service, and meaningful connections. Position Summary The Food Truck Employees are responsible for the everyday operations, stocking the truck, taking orders, handling payments, cooking crepes, making drinks, customer service, maintaining a clean space inside and outside the truck, and clean up prep for the next day. At least 2 employees will always be working at the truck. Key Responsibilities Operations Setting up for opening and closing Cooking crepes and making drinks Inventory Stocking the truck and contacting manager(s) if anything is running or runs low Customer service Taking orders & processing payments Maintaining a clean environment Clean up Closing the truck and patio according to closing procedures Filling out inventory forms for the next day restock Food Handlers Permit Having an active food handlers permit Following food safety guidelines Schedule Part time, or full time Monday-Saturday 9am

$10.00
