What You'll Do:

• Act as a company advocate and embody the South Block spirit.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold South Block's high standards of product quality, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Efficiently work in a fast-paced environment and showcase effective multi-tasking skills. We're serving up hand-crafted acai bowls & smoothies with accuracy and a smile (bonus points for fist bumps)!
• Demonstrate teamwork skills as you rely on, and assist, fellow coworkers in providing the South Block experience
• Good Vibes only!
• Assist with cleaning duties as assigned by store leaders.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

You have:

• Ability to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions from management.
• You work well under pressure while maintaining a consistent pace to keep up with our bustling lines of guests.
• Good and stamina and energy.

You'll be on your feet for extended periods, bend down and reach up for products, and will occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
