Summary We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team at Jet's Pizza in Lake Ridge. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring food quality that aligns with our brand values. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation as a top choice for pizza lovers. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders both in person and over the phone.
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Jet's Pizza recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, dough mixers, and slicers.
• Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring all items meet company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, prep stations, and dining areas.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements.
• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
