We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced team setting and are passionate about creating a great customer experience. Responsibilities Greet every guest with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take customer orders accurately using the POS system. Prepare drinks, desserts, and menu items according to Dessert 39 standards. Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all products. Recommend menu items and answer customer questions. Restock ingredients, supplies, bakery items, and display cases throughout the shift. Keep the café and workstations clean and organized. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. Work efficiently during busy rush periods while maintaining accuracy. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform other duties assigned by management. Requirements Minimum 1 year of customer service or food service experience preferred. Be able to work minimum 6 months. Positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Willingness to learn and follow company procedures and recipes. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team. Must maintain a clean, professional appearance.
