Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Shipping Team Member to join our warehouse operations. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of outbound shipments, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems and box packing. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting e-commerce and distribution activities. Responsibilities Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met Pick, pack, and organize orders for timely dispatch in accordance with customer specifications Manage stock levels through inventory control procedures including stocking and replenishment Assist with order fulfillment processes to ensure correct quantities are shipped Load and unload trucks, verifying shipment accuracy against packing lists Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment adhering to safety protocols Support warehouse distribution activities including order picking, packing, and shipping documentation Requirements Previous warehouse experience preferred, especially in shipping & receiving or order fulfillment roles Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce distribution processes is a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in order picking & packing tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Physical ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as required This role is vital in supporting our logistics operations by ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.
