Job Summary Established Party Event & Tent Rental Company is looking to hire qualified crew members for the 2025 event season. Experience is welcome but not necessary. The job details include but are not limited to the delivery, installation, and set-up or take down of parties, wedding, and special events which may or may not include furniture, lighting, backdrops, and special event rental items. We are looking for candidates that can work well in a team environment and deliver great customer service to our clients. This is a fast-paced work environment. Applicants must have a Professional Appearance, be Punctual, Reliable, and have a commitment to working long hours. This job is physically demanding and requires: The ability to continuously stand or walk The ability to bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently The ability to lift and Load 80 to 100 lbs. The occasionally climbing ladders and working off of elevated surfaces Daily duties consist of, but not limited to: Traveling to and from install sites (VA, DC & MD) Installation of large and small event furnishings (i.e. tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, lighting) Installation of event rental equipment used in both indoor and outdoor events Loading and unloading of trucks and other various warehouse duties

Candidate Requirements:

Must have a valid drivers license Reliable transportation to and from work Flexible schedule

Prior Experience Helpful:

(Not Required) Event set up Wedding Set up Party Rental Company experience

Seasonal Employees:

Most of the hours will be from Monday thru Friday. Including some night work. It's not an easy job but can be a gateway to a full-time career in the tent rental industry. This is a seasonal position and will start in April and end in November. Applications are being taken in person at our facility and by email. Pay based off experience.
