Job Description

Scapegoats Snowballs is a stationary snowball stand serving Baltimore-style snowballs, dirty sodas, lemonade, brats, hot dogs, etc. on our family farm in Leesburg from May to September.

JOB DESCRIPTION 1.

Enthusiastically provide superior customer service to Scapegoats Snowballs' customers; 2. Set up and tear down snowball stand by opening/closing the truck, setting up chairs and fire pits, and cleaning the truck kitchen at the end of the day; 3. Prepare snowballs, nachos, brats, corn dogs, hot dogs, cotton candy, Dirty Sodas, and fresh-squeezed lemonade for customers. 4. Monitor for cleanliness and uninterrupted service by loading the ice shaver with ice, replacing empty syrup jugs, loading cups and spoons, and periodically cleaning the truck throughout the day as needed; and, 5. Demonstrate knowledge of all 65 syrup flavors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 1.

Must have reliable transportation (no public transportation); 2. Must be able to routinely lift 25 pounds (e.g. ice) and occasionally lift 50 pounds (e.g. Adirondack Chairs); and, 3. Must commit to consistently reporting for all self-chosen scheduled shifts.
