Duties Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate food service customer order management and retail sales transactions Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage sales with efficiency and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring sanitation and food safety compliance at all times Assist customers with their orders, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicers, ovens, and refrigeration units Support food handling procedures in accordance with food safety management standards to ensure quality and hygiene Create new and interesting sandwich and salad options for the menu and specials Take the lead in ordering and inventory. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service & fast food restaurant environments, or café settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly while maintaining quality standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper kitchen equipment operation Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and team spirit Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
