Concession Stand Team Member | Dano's Italian Ice Part-Time Dano's Italian Ice is looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our roadside and event crew! You'll be serving refreshing Italian ice and gelato from our brand-new, clean and air-conditioned food truck at 37200 Jefferson Pike, Purcellville, VA. This role is perfect for high school seniors, college students or adults seeking a consistent weekend job with great pay plus tips. If you're friendly, energetic, and would enjoy working outdoors at the beautiful Harper's Ferry border, we want you on our team! Pay & Benefits $20 per hour Paid, hands-on training Employee food discount Consistent weekend scheduling Opportunities to move into lead or supervisory roles Fast-paced shifts that go by quickly Responsibilities Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service Take orders and process cash and card payments Prepare and serve food and beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand and surrounding areas Restock supplies during shifts Follow food safety and hygiene standards Assist with setup and breakdown at the roadside and event locations Help with inventory checks and reporting supply needs No smoking during shifts — we keep our truck and events family-friendly and fresh for everyone Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Availability required on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Hours are approximately 6-9 hours a day, depending on events and roadside shifts Ability to work in outdoor environments or events (events run rain or shine) Reliable transportation required Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Why Work at Dano's?
