Full Time Overview Lead daily field operations for commercial lightning protection and grounding installations. This role focuses on safe, accurate project execution, crew leadership, field training, jobsite productivity, and project documentation. Travel and overnight stays are required, with relocation assistance available. Real ID High School Diploma or GED Preferred:

OSHA 30 and 24-Hour Fall Protection certifications Passing score on the Journeyman 1 exam Boom/Aerial Lift, EM385 Fall Protection, and First Aid/CPR certifications Key Responsibilities Lead and organize daily jobsite installation activities Supervise, train, and develop field installers Perform system installations and ground resistance testing Follow project specifications and
