Company DescriptionAs a Key Turner, you are the face of our morning operations. You are responsible for ensuring the store is ready for the day, creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both the team and our first customers. This is an essential role for early risers who take pride in setting the foundation for a successful business day.

Store Opening:
Perform all daily opening checklists to ensure the store is "ready to serve."Setup:
Prepare the kitchen area, stock stations, and ensure equipment is ready for the day's operations.Support:
Assist with initial prep work and ensure the store environment is welcoming and clean.Communication:
Must ensure all store calls are answered promptly. Compensation & SchedulePay:
$14.00 per hour.Schedule:
This is a part-time 3-4 hour morning shift (typically 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM or 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM), working until the Assistant Manager (AM) arrives.QualificationsSuccessful applicants must possess the following:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.
- Friendly demeanor.
- Works well with others.
- Works well under the stress of a high-paced environment.
- Organized and efficient in time management.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to respond to customer concerns.
- Must be able to follow all Team Sharma Two Sisters Pizza Policies.
- Must be able to work together as a team.
- Must understand that all store calls must be answered after the first ring.
