Essential Functions:

Greet and acknowledge customers in a friendly and professional manner Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items as well as their ingredients and how dishes are prepared and able to explain to guests accurately Take customers' orders, as well as phone orders Provide timely and polite service Ability to follow directions, especially for our loved recipes Weigh out deli items on deli scale Ensure kitchen and dining area is clean and organized Restock cutlery, napkins, etc Open/close duties Additional tasks as required by management

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable and responsible Food Prep experience, creative and efficient Basic knowledge of nutrition and various diets Extremely organized and self-motivated Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor This position works rotating Saturdays. You must be available during the hours of 10am-4pm. This is not a position for individuals who are in high school. Please stop in and fill out an application in person...we love meeting new people!
