Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly guest relations from the moment they walk in Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail and beverage service, ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage cash transactions efficiently, including processing sales, handling cash and credit card payments, and balancing registers at shift end Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food handling and basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques to provide expert recommendations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for processing payments and managing tabs confidently Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required sanitation training prior to start date Experience with OpenTable reservations system is advantageous but not mandatory A proactive attitude with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Join us in delivering exceptional service in a lively environment where your enthusiasm makes all the difference!

Pay:

$12.50 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 35.0 per week
