This role is responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, building bowls, maintaining the front counter, restocking items, and supporting smooth daily store operations. Key Responsibilities Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude. Take customer orders accurately through the POS system. Build bowls and menu items according to Seoul Bowl standards. Maintain portion control, food presentation, and product consistency. Answer basic customer questions about menu items, toppings, sauces, and allergens when trained. Keep the front counter, dining area, drink station, and customer-facing areas clean and organized. Restock toppings, sauces, utensils, bags, napkins, cups, and other FOH supplies. Monitor food levels and communicate with BOH or shift lead when items are running low. Follow food safety, sanitation, and handwashing procedures. Complete assigned opening, closing, and side duties. Support online, delivery, and pickup orders as needed. Work as a team with cooks, shift leads, and managers to keep service moving efficiently. Qualifications Prior restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate items as needed. Must follow all company policies, food safety standards, and store procedures. Food Handler Card required or must be obtained according to local requirements. Expectations Arrive on time and ready to work. Follow store leadership instructions and operational standards. Maintain a clean uniform and professional appearance. Treat customers and team members with respect. Stay productive during slower periods by cleaning, restocking, and preparing for the next rush. Communicate issues, mistakes, or customer concerns to the shift lead or manager right away.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
