Job Description:

As a Front of House and Food Preparation Associate, you'll be at the heart of our operation, delighting customers with your friendly service and ensuring our menu items are prepared to perfection.

Your responsibilities will include:

Front of House:

Welcoming customers with a smile and providing exceptional service. Taking orders accurately and efficiently. Operating a POS system and handling transactions. Crafting delicious beverages, including sodas, milkshakes, and specialty drinks. Scooping and serving ice cream with flair. Assisting customers with menu choices and answering questions about our offerings. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front counter area and dining space. Ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every guest.

Food Preparation:

Making and frying elephant ears to crispy perfection. Assisting with food prep tasks, such as slicing vegetables and preparing toppings. Following food safety protocols and maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and quality products. Flexibility to transition between front of house and food preparation duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. We are a seasonal business and spring and summer require all hands on deck.
