We're hiring full-time Seasonal Shipping Team Members at our Shelton and Elma locations from early November through mid-December. This is our busiest time of year, so overtime and longer shifts are an expected part of the season, especially during peak shipping weeks. No warehouse experience is required. We'll train you. What You'll Be Doing You'll be part of the team responsible for getting our Christmas products packed correctly and shipped on time. Depending on your assigned area, you may: Package wreaths, centerpieces, garlands, and other holiday products Add bows, accessories, and finishing touches to orders Match products with the correct boxes and shipping labels Move completed orders through the shipping process Work with teammates to keep orders moving efficiently Keep your work area clean and organized Follow safety procedures around warehouse equipment and forklift traffic We'll teach you what you need to know. What The Job Is Really Like This is a fast-paced, physical seasonal job. You'll be standing and moving for most of your shift, including walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and handling products. Our warehouses are not heated, so temperatures will vary throughout the season. You'll need to dress appropriately for the conditions. Because our business is highly seasonal, our workload increases significantly as we get closer to our busiest shipping weeks. Employees should expect overtime and shifts that may run 8-12 hours during peak periods.
