In this role, you will be an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience. The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, including greeting and seating guests. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow during busy periods. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold a safe working environment. Support other team members as needed to provide excellent customer service. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
