About Us At Rill Foods, we make small-batch, shelf-stable soups using ingredients we'd gladly serve to our own families. From our facility in Thorp, WA, we take pride in supporting local growers and making healthy food easy for our customers. We're a tight-knit team that values consistency, simplicity, and doing things the right way. About the Role We're looking for a new Team Member to help package soups, operate small-scale machinery, and assist in our shipping and receiving department. You'll be part of a small production team where your attention to detail and steady pace will help us deliver top-quality products. This job might be a great fit if you: Enjoy puzzles, word searches, flat pack furniture or putting things in order Like to work at a quick pace Are self-motivated and like setting small goals for yourself Work well independently but enjoy being part of a team
What You'll Do:
Package soups by hand with accuracy and care Operate small-scale food production equipment (e.g., weigh scales, mixers, sealers) Assist with shipping and receiving orders Keep track of ingredients and lot numbers for traceability Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow written procedures closely and consistently
What We're Looking For:
Someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Ability to lift 50 lbs (bags of beans, boxes of vegetables, etc.) Comfortable sitting or standing for 2+ hours at a time Willingness to follow procedures 100% of the time Must complete a brief skills assessment before the interview
