Schlotzsky's — Appleton, WI Position Overview Schlotzsky's in Appleton is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team! This position is either full or part time, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent schedule. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be one of the faces of Schlotzsky's. You'll help create a great experience for our guests by providing friendly service, taking orders accurately, keeping the dining area clean, and making sure every customer leaves satisfied. Responsibilities Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions Answer questions about our menu and make recommendations when appropriate Prepare and package customer orders Deliver excellent customer service and resolve basic guest concerns Keep the front counter, dining room, and other guest areas clean and organized Restock supplies and maintain a clean, welcoming environment Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures Work as part of a team to keep the restaurant running smoothly Help create a positive experience for every guest What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality Dependable and punctual Strong customer service skills Ability to work well with others Good communication skills Ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy periods Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful, but not required Must be able to maintain a positive attitude and take pride in your work Why Work at Schlotzsky's?
