Team Members in Front-of-House (FOH) serve guests by directly interacting with them; i.e. taking orders, serving food, etc. Team Members in Back-of-House (BOH) serve guests by preparing their food; i.e. prep making salads, assembling sandwiches, cooking chicken, etc. Closing Team Members play an important role in helping serve our guests while also preparing the restaurant for the next day. Closing team members help with stocking, cleaning, organizing, and completing end-of-day responsibilities to ensure the restaurant is ready for the next day's operations. No Experience Is Necessary Chick-fil-A Bellevue is a great opportunity for people of all age groups and backgrounds with no experience necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know!

We operate Monday through Saturday, 6:30am to 10:00pm.

Typical closing shifts include:

4:00pm-9:00pm 4:00pm-10:45pm 5:00pm-10:00pm 5:00pm-10:45pm Team members must be at least 16 years old for these closing shifts due to applicable labor laws.

Team Member Responsibilities:

Serve guests according to department duties. Maintain a clean restaurant. Smile. Create and maintain eye contact. Speak Enthusiastically. Make Emotional Connections with Guests. Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant. Multi-task often and move quickly, yet thoroughly. Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic. Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members. Adhere to Chick-fil-A Bellevue's rules and policies at all times.

Closing Team Member Responsibilities:

Help stock and organize the restaurant for the next day's operations. Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the restaurant. Help complete end-of-day closing procedures. Ensure work areas, equipment, and restaurant spaces are clean and ready for the next day. Work efficiently and thoroughly to complete closing responsibilities as a team. Other duties as assigned.
