Non-Exempt Full-Time & Part-Time Available ! Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team! This position keeps the dining room running smoothly by combining three closely related roles: delivering food promptly and accurately, resetting and maintaining tables, and providing general floor assistance to servers, hosts, and guests. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their daily tasks.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively with customers and all team members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, accuracy, and presentation. Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping and cash handling purposes. Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks. Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies. Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety. Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required.

Education & Experience:

Customer-service experience preferred. Prior experience with cash register and/or cash handling highly recommended. ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification preferred. Experience in high end restaurant preferred.
