Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, prepare drinks efficiently, and adhere to Candy Cloud standards.
• Complete assigned tasks promptly, including stocking inventory and maintaining cleanliness.
• Follow standardized recipes and techniques, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Maintain a sanitized work environment and adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Handle orders, including curbside and pickup, accurately and promptly.
• Communicate efficiently with team members and adapt to changes.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety guidelines Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Pay:

$15/hour + pooled tips Our team typically earns an additional $2

• 4 per hour in tips , bringing average total earnings to approximately $16
• 18 per hour , depending on sales and shifts.
