As a Team Member, you'll prepare ingredients on a daily basis and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant. You'll play an important role in delivering the quality and hospitality our guests expect. We are currently hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time Team Members . Applicants must be at least 16 years of age. This is an hourly position offering competitive pay plus digital tips, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth in a fun, fast-paced team environment. Duties Assist in preparing ingredients according to established recipes and menu plans Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, mixers, ovens, and other culinary tools Follow food safety protocols diligently to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination during all stages of food handling and preparation Support the culinary team in meal preparation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality dishes Maintain a clean and organized work station by adhering to cleaning schedules and sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production and ensure smooth workflow during busy periods Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors of stock needs or shortages Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or food service environments is highly desirable Knowledge of menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation techniques Strong understanding of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments Skilled in operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives with proper slicing techniques Experience with food handling, cooking, cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards in restaurant or catering settings Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members Culinary experience or restaurant background preferred; familiarity with food industry best practices is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency during high-volume periods Join us as a Food Preparation Team Member and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional meals while honing your culinary skills.
