Overview Join our vibrant team as a Nature Preschool Team Member and ignite young children's curiosity and love for the outdoors! In this dynamic role, you will support early childhood development by creating engaging, nature-based learning experiences that foster exploration, creativity, and social-emotional growth mostly outdoors. Duties Implement and assist with curriculum development focused on outdoor exploration, environmental awareness, and hands-on learning activities. Supervise and care for children during outdoor play, ensuring safety and promoting positive behavior management strategies. Support classroom management by maintaining organized learning spaces and guiding children through daily routines and activities. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones to foster strong partnerships. Assist in lesson planning that incorporates child development principles, literacy education, physical activity, and social skills. Follow mandated reporting laws to ensure child welfare and safety are prioritized at all times. Participate in ongoing training related to early intervention, special education needs, first aid/CPR certification, and childhood development best practices. Pay:
$15.00 - $21.00 per hour
