This position will set up and operate inserting equipment to install hardware into fabricated metal components while meeting quality and production standards. Responsibilities Previous insert operator experience (1-2 years minimum) Ability to set up and operate inserting equipment Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings Ability to understand standard and metric measurements Experience using hand and power tools Perform quality checks and verify parts meet print requirements Flex to riveting, assembly, and press brake operations based on workload Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the shift Strong hand dexterity and ability to operate tools and equipment Ability to frequently lift/move up to 30 lbs.
