Tree Crew Member - All Experience Levels Welcome Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done? We're looking for dependable people to join our professional tree care team. Whether you're new to the industry or an experienced tree care professional, we encourage you to apply. We provide hands-on training for entry-level applicants, while experienced candidates will have opportunities to put their skills to work, take on greater responsibility, and continue advancing their careers. What You'll Do Work with the crew to safely prune, remove, and care for trees Operate chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts, and other professional equipment based on your training and experience Maintain tools and equipment so they remain safe and ready for use Support the team wherever needed to complete jobs safely and efficiently Provide professional, respectful service at every customer's property Perform physically demanding work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions What We Offer Full-time, consistent Monday-Friday schedule Weekends typically off Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with profit sharing Paid time off Annual work-clothing allowance Hands-on training and continuing education Opportunities for advancement into climbing, equipment operation, and leadership roles Modern, well-maintained equipment A supportive team environment where safety, growth, and quality work matter New to tree care? What We're Looking For Tree care experience is welcomed but not required High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license; a clean driving record is preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to contribute to the team Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Professional appearance and conduct Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Commitment to following established safety procedures Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening If you're ready to begin or continue a rewarding career in professional tree care, we'd like to hear from you. Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
