Job Description

Starting at $12.76 per hour | Third shift The Drop Team is responsible for the efficient count and drop per PCCH policies (removal, exchange and collection of cash boxes and TITO tickets found inside all slot machines, and the removal of currency and documentation from table game boxes for verification and count). Principal Duties and Responsibilities Ensure PCCH is in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and Tribal MICS. Perform the removal, exchange, collection, and locking of all validator boxes and slot machines. Load and unload each cart with removed validator boxes. Check belly glass on all slot machines, working closely with the Security Team and Slot Team. Remove currency and paperwork from Table Games boxes for verification, according to PCCH policies. Held accountable, to a high degree, for accuracy and thoroughness ensuring the integrity of all transactions and counts. Remove currency and tickets from the slot validator boxes according to PCCH policies. Operate and troubleshoot a variety of Soft Count equipment and technology (computer literate), to include UW 100 Ticket Sorting and Currency Counting Machine, Cash ProSystem for entering and printing reports, Glory Currency Counter, and the Glory UW 240 Sort and Count by denomination. Bundle and strap currency and ticket amounts by denomination according to PCCH policies. Prepare written reports. Research and resolve soft count disputes. Clean carts on a weekly basis. Repair and maintain validator boxes. All other duties requested by the Drop Team Supervisor or Cage/Vault Manager. Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Accurate cash-handling experience and good math skills required. Basic computer experience preferred. Ability to uphold complete confidentiality is required. Must display professionalism when representing PCCH. Must work well with people, possess excellent customer service skills and sensitivity to diverse cultures. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy is required. The ability to maintain a professional demeanor in stressful situations is necessary.
