Marketing Team Member - $15/Hour Murray's Window Cleaning is looking for a reliable, energetic Marketing Team Member to help us grow our local presence and generate more business throughout the area. This is a hands-on marketing position. You'll spend part of your time out in the community putting out yard signs and distributing door hangers, and part of your time helping manage our social media presence. Pay $15.00 per hour Responsibilities Put out company yard signs in approved locations throughout our service area Distribute door hangers in targeted neighborhoods Help identify good neighborhoods and areas for marketing Manage and regularly post to our Facebook and Instagram pages Take and organize photos and videos of our crews and completed jobs Create simple social media posts showcasing our work Respond to basic comments and messages as directed Keep marketing materials organized and stocked Track where yard signs and door hangers have been distributed Help with additional local marketing projects as needed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and shows up when scheduled Comfortable working independently Comfortable driving around the local area Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and basic social media posting Able to take good photos and short videos with a phone Organized and able to keep track of completed marketing tasks Comfortable walking neighborhoods and being outdoors Motivated and able to work without constant supervision Professional when representing our company in public Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Smartphone Ability to walk for extended periods while distributing door hangers Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Marketing or social media experience is helpful, but not required . We care more about finding someone dependable, motivated, and willing to learn. About Murray's Window Cleaning Murray's Window Cleaning is a growing exterior cleaning and permanent lighting company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Southern West Virginia and Southwest Virginia. We provide window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and permanent exterior LED lighting. We're building a strong local brand and are looking for someone who wants to help us get our name in front of more homeowners every week.
