What You'll Do As a Pit Crew Member, you'll be cross-trained and work in various areas of the restaurant, including: Preparing and serving delicious BBQ meals with speed and accuracy Providing friendly, upbeat customer service at the counter or register Working alongside kitchen and pit teams to ensure smooth service Keeping the restaurant clean, stocked, and running like a well-oiled smoker Jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving during peak hours Who You Are You thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment You're reliable, punctual, and have a great attitude You enjoy working with your hands and being on your feet Experience in food service is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person You take pride in your work and support your teammates like family Why Join Our Crew?
